No. Every game is preloaded on the included microSD card. There is nothing to download, update or sign in to, so it works on a plane as well as it works on the couch.
Up to 10 hours on a full charge, depending on brightness, volume and the system you are playing. The included USB-C cable charges it fully in under two hours.
Classic 8-bit and 16-bit home consoles, 90s handhelds, arcade titles and early 3D systems from the late 90s and 2000s. The menu is sorted by system so you can browse the way you remember.
The library size. 64GB ships with 20,000+ titles; 128GB roughly doubles that to 40,000+ and leaves room for your own additions. Everything else about the device is identical.
The quad-core processor runs the vast majority of titles at full speed out of the box. A handful of demanding early-3D games may benefit from a quick settings tweak, which the quick-start card walks you through.
